Estimates for fixed Price Work – Customer must accept the price and timeframe before work commences. estimates maybe foC at engineers discretion.
Hourly Rate Work – minimum charge 1 hour then in 30 minutes increments + materials + VAT.
Charges:
Call 020 7122 1111 to speak to an advisor and get a quote for your specific job. There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and include value added tax added to the labour charges.
Fixed price:
Our engineer will give a verbal or written quote if requested before work commences. All quotations are subject to 20% VAT.
Day Charge:
An engineer will work a full 10 hour charging rate.
Materials:
A reasonable mark up may be applied on materials by The London Team. Collection time for non stock items will be kept to a minimum - any charge will not exceed £100.00.
Estimator:
Estimates are free*. We are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to visit or an estimate is available from one of our engineers.
Invoice:
An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, a full breakdown of the cost of labour and materials used.
Payment:
Payment must be made in full by credit, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
Notes:
* Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment. Any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice.
